
Personal Training
I discovered my passion for fitness during my freshman year as a dance major, where cross-training between dance classes and strength-based weight lifting was an integral part of our curriculum. This balanced approach not only enhanced my performance as a dancer, but significantly improved my overall health and well-being.
Throughout my academic journey, I developed an understanding of Kinesiology and Bartenieff Fundamentals, transforming the gym into a personal laboratory where I could explore the connections between movement, strength, and artistic expression.
After graduating, I pursued my Personal Trainers Certification from ISSA, specializing in muscle gain, weight loss, mobility and flexibility, and rehabilitation. Today, I work with clients across all age groups and ability levels, creating personalized fitness journeys that honor each individual's unique needs and goals.
Guiding others toward their fitness potential has become a fulfilling endeavor—a perfect complement to my background in dance that allows me to share my passion for mindful, purposeful movement.
